Sonya Gomez

Patient Care Advocate

Sonya has trained and worked with some of the most brilliant minds of psychology, behavioral sciences, and counseling.

After earning a Master’s degree in Counseling from San Diego State University, Sonya accepted an opportunity of a lifetime. Sonya moved to Spain where she worked alongside the European Union to develop and implement protocols to assist individuals diagnosed with mental illness regain a meaningful quality of life. After Spain, she was fortunate to be offered a clinical fellowship with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs where she had undergone extensive training in psychosocial rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based practices. While at the VA, she helped develop several therapeutic groups for veterans which led her to present her work at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association conference as well as co-author a published article in the Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

Through her clinical practices, Sonya was able to gain clarity of her purpose – to help individuals improve their quality of life through advocacy and guidance. When Sonya began working with Stem Cells in 2018, she was able to witness the drastic healing properties of Stem Cell Therapy. She now recognizes the importance of improving the quality of one’s holistic health – mind, body, and spirit. Since then, Sonya has become a strong advocate for the healing powers of Stem Cells and believes Stem Cell Therapy is the future of medicine.

My life goal is to help set a firm foundation to help people alleviate physical, mental, and spiritual suffering.
